May was dedicated to Mental Health Awareness and I chose to share my story. I have the lovely opportunity to write for MISSBISH, a female-driven editorial platform, that allowed me to write a piece about how I cope with my PTSD and anxiety. Only a few people know that I suffer from this but I felt that it was time to share and appropriate for Mental Health Awareness month. Music helps me through the hard times so it was only right to create a playlist of what songs, currently, help me to relax in hopes to help anyone else.
